Volumetric Filling Machine

The semi-automatic system offers separate machines each requiring manual product placement but still affording a very significant improvement in production rates compared to manual filling, capping and labelling.

Machinery Automation semi-automatic filling machines are versatile, inexpensive and easy to operate.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, the machines offer easy adjustment between different filling volumes allowing quick and easy product changeover.

Most machines include pneumatic shutoff valves to ensure zero leakage after filling.

With single head, twin head and hopper options the Machinery Automation range combines excellent accuracy with high speed operation – filling rates of up to 2400 bottles per hour* can be achieved, with an accuracy of 1%.

The machines are built around a substantial stainless steel chassis which incorporates an air regulator and a quick release air coupling.

The filling nozzle is detachable allowing filling to be incorporated into existing production lines.

Machines can be supplied with an electrical control system (240v 1ph) or for fully pneumatic operation (ideal for wet environments or for use with hazardous products). 2400 bottle per hour based in twin head filler. Rates may vary dependant on fill volume

System Operation

They are suitable for everything from low viscosity liquids such as fuel or water through to heavy sauces, salsas, salad dressings, cosmetic creams, heavy shampoo, gels, and conditioners, paste cleaners and waxes, adhesives, heavy oils, lubricants and Jam.
