Liquid Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machines

A vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) machine is an automated packaging system that forms, fills, and seals bags or pouches from a roll of film in a vertical orientation. These machines can pack powders & granules or liquids. The machines can incorporate the powder fillers described above.

Forming:
The machine takes a flat roll of packaging film and forms it into a tube-like shape. 

Filling:
The formed tube is filled with the product, often utilizing gravity for vertical filling. 

Sealing:
The filled tube is then sealed both horizontally (to create a top and bottom seal) and vertically (to create the continuous bag or pouch). 

Efficiency:
VFFS machines are known for their high speed and efficiency, making them suitable for mass production. 

Versatility:
They can handle various bag styles, including pillow bags, gusseted bags, and stand-up pouches, and can be adapted for different products and package sizes.
