Pro-Series Pouch Filling & Sealing Machines

The Pro-Series Pouch Fillers (Pro-PFS3) are designed as a modular system where a standard pouch handling and sealing unit is integrated with a filling or dispencing head selected dependant on the product type to be packed.

This way fillers for liquids, powders, granules or other products can be efficiently and cost-effectively incorporated. The machine offers wide bag compatibility, and is suitable for three-sided sealed bags, back sealed bags, self-supporting bags, zipper bags, self-supporting zippers and other bag models. Bag sizes can be used from 90x130 to 180x260mm.

The machine handles flat pouches, lifting them from an integral adjustable stack using a vacuum cup positioning the pack and separating the opening, filling the open pouch and sealing before ejecting down the outfeed chute.

Easier to set and adjust technical parameters. Can be customized as needed.
Pouch Holder & Feeding Structure

Storage capacity can reach 200-300pcs, using suctions cups to pass premade pouches to next working process.

Pouch Opening Structure

Using suction cups to open pouches before filling work.
Filling Nozzle

The filling nozzle can be connected to a vacuum, volumetric, auger or weigh depositor. Additional custom feeds can be used to manually place items into the pack if required.
Sealing Structure

Temperature can be adjusted easily, suits heat sealable pouches. Sealing pattern can be customized.
Date Coding Machine

Can also be equipped with date coder to print date or batch number, multi-lines coding are available.
